Ready-to-Ship PCs usually leave our hands within 1–3 business days. Custom builds may take longer depending on the complexity and parts needed.
Do I get support if something goes wrong?
Yes — all purchases come with 30 days of free support. If anything stops working or you need help, use our Contact page to reach out.
Can I change something after I place an order?
If the PC hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll do our best to adjust your order. Just message us as soon as possible through the Contact page.
Do you offer refunds?
