Refund policy

You may return your PC within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from all approved returns.

Orders may be canceled at any time before the system ships. A $125 cancellation fee applies to cover processing and preparation costs.

If a warranty issue occurs within 7 days of delivery, Andrews Custom Computers will cover shipping costs for repairs within the United States. Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for shipping costs related to warranty service.
