All custom PCs are assembled and fully tested before shipping. Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing prior to shipment.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes:
We ship within the United States using trusted carriers. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after shipment. International delivery times may vary depending on destination and carrier.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and package size. Customers are responsible for shipping fees unless otherwise stated.

Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.

Shipping Issues:
Andrews Custom Computers is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so we can assist with the claim process.
