Welcome to Andrew's Custom Computers. These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases, services, and custom build requests made through our website. By submitting a request or making a purchase, you agree to the following:

1. Build Timeline

Once payment and part selections are confirmed, builds typically take 5–10 business days to complete. This may vary depending on part availability or custom modifications. You will be kept informed throughout the process via your chosen communication method (email or text).

2. Warranty and Support

  • All components come with manufacturer warranties (usually 1–3 years depending on the part).
  • We test every system thoroughly before shipping.
  • Basic support for setup, startup, and troubleshooting is available after delivery.
  • In the event of faulty parts, replacements will be handled through the appropriate manufacturer.

3. Return and Refund Policy

Since all computers are custom-built to order, we do not accept returns unless there is a clear hardware failure or shipping damage reported within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds for full builds may only be considered if the product is unopened, unused, and returned in its original condition within 7 days. A restocking fee may apply.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship using trusted carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS) with tracking provided.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
  • Shipping delays caused by the carrier are beyond our control, but we will do our best to assist.

5. Taxes

Sales tax is charged based on your shipping address and applicable state or local laws.

6. Privacy and Data

Your information (name, email, address, etc.) is only used for order processing and communication. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. You may request deletion of your information at any time.

7. Communication Consent

By submitting a form, you consent to be contacted via your selected method (email or text) for updates, confirmations, or follow-ups regarding your order or service request.

8. Disclaimer and Liability

We are not liable for damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or third-party modifications after delivery. It is your responsibility to follow provided setup instructions and handle your system carefully.
